YUNG's Better Jungle Temples

YUNG's Better Jungle Temples is a Minecraft mod that provides a complete redesign of the game's jungle temples. It focuses on adventure, decoration, and worldgen, making these structures much more rewarding and interesting to explore.

This mod is available for Fabric, Forge, and NeoForge, and supports Minecraft versions 1.19.2 through 1.21.4.

Installing YUNG's Better Jungle Temples

On AwakeNode

1. Log in to your server's Pterodactyl panel.
2. Navigate to the Mod Installer tab.
3. Search for "YUNG's Better Jungle Temples" and click Install.
4. Restart your server to apply the changes.

On other hosts / manually

1. Download the correct version of the mod for your loader (Fabric, Forge, or NeoForge) from Modrinth.
2. Use an SFTP client or the server's File Manager to upload the .jar file to your server's /mods directory.
3. Ensure you have the required dependencies installed if specified by the mod author.
4. Restart your server.

Common issues

• Mod version mismatch: Ensure the mod version matches your server's Minecraft version exactly. Check the server console logs if the server fails to start.
• Missing dependencies: Some YUNG's mods require YUNG's API. Check the Modrinth page to see if your specific version needs it.
• World generation conflicts: If temples are not appearing, ensure no other world generation mods are overriding the jungle biome settings.

Performance

YUNG's Better Jungle Temples is generally lightweight and should not significantly impact your server's performance. However, because it modifies world generation, you may notice a slight increase in CPU usage when generating new chunks.

If you experience lag during exploration, ensure your server has sufficient RAM allocated. On AwakeNode, you can upgrade your plan at any time, and the Xmx settings will update automatically. If you are on another host, you may need to manually adjust your -Xmx startup flag in your server's launch script.
